5 Jelly is a small batch hot pepper jelly made with Chinese Five Color peppers (for the heat), multi-color bell and/or sweet peppers, and organic raw cane sugar and/or Turbinado sugar. (Actual non-hot ingredients and amounts may vary from batch to batch.)
Very popular item with a nice medium heat that lingers, but not for too long. If you like sweet heat, this one is for you! Try it on peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, chicken biscuits, or anything that could use a little punch of flavor.
