5 Sauce

5 Sauce is a small batch hot pepper jelly that doesn't fully set. Ingredients are Chinese Five Color peppers, a mix of bell and sweet peppers, and organic raw cane sugar and/or Turbinado sugar. The result is a sweet, sticky pourable sauce that is excellent for dips and drizzles on a wide variety of foods.
