Aji Cristal is an excellent producer of long pods that start out a light green and slowly ripen to a vibrant orange-red; the heat builds as it ripens. The pepper can be harvested and used at any stage, but is best when allowed to turn light orange. Excellent as pickled pepper rings! A pack contains 10+ seeds. Capsicum baccatum.
