Chocolate Vanilla Tincture
This is vanilla extract made from Madagascar grade A whole vanilla bean pods and Tahitian grade B whole vanilla bean pods that have steeped in vodka since November 2020 (three years).
Dehydrated Bhut Jolokia Chocolate pods were crushed and added to the mix at the beginning of October 2023. The evaporation/concentration process ran for three weeks. It has been triple filtered for exceptional clarity and is bottled per order to minimize product evaporation before shipping.
This is not a tinc that you would necessarily want to consume directly from the dropper, but is better added by the drop to drinks like coffee or hot chocolate. It can also be added to any sort of baked goods that call for vanilla in the recipe. Recommended use is two to three drops (adjust for personal preference) *in addition* to the full amount of regular vanilla in recipes to add a nice warmth.
