Lemon Drop Pepper Seeds

These pepper plants are extremely prolific and will start a new wave of blooms while the previous wave is still ripening. The peppers start out a green color and point upward. As they ripen, they drop until they are pointing downward. The flavor has been described many different ways--citrusy, sweet, bitter, soapy. If you personally don't like the flavor of the pepper fresh off the plant, then fire up your smoker and smoke and dehydrate the pods. They will make an excellent pepper powder or salt!
