Shishito Pepper Seeds

Shishito peppers are usually sold and eaten when green, but if you let these ripen to red before harvesting, you will find a whole new level of flavor. 
These seeds were harvested from a plant that was grown indoors in a hydroponics setup. The pods were large and mild.
