Sourdough Starter

Very active healthy sourdough starter dehydrated at the peak of strength to between 2oz and 2.5oz total weight. Crushed to small chips and shipped double-bagged for security. You will receive enough starter to split and rehydrate half and store the other half in an airtight container in a cool, dry place as a backup.
This sourdough starter was developed in April 2020 and used almost every week to bake sourdough bread, sourdough waffles, and yes, even sourdough chocolate cake! (Sorry, the bread, waffles and cake are not for sale.)
This item is made to order. Because of this, production time of a week minimum is required before the product is shipped.
